4. Payment, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit/debit cards, Bank transfers and PayPal.

Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may not be accommodated, and you will forfeit the payment for that session.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. If you choose to cancel a session, regardless of the notice provided, the payment for that session will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for:

• Cancellations at any time.

• Sessions missed without prior notice.

• Services already rendered.

By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or results of our services. We disclaim any liability for damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stefanie De Roo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or any other damages resulting from the reliance on information provided by us.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. However, please note that our sessions are not bound by any legal privilege, such as the patient-therapist privilege. All information shared in sessions will remain confidential unless required by law to disclose.
